Approximately one-quarter (24%) of community-dwelling Americans aged 65 and older are considered socially isolated, leading to increased vulnerability and health risks. According to the CDC, social isolation was associated with about a 50% increased risk of dementia. Poor social relationships (characterized by social isolation or loneliness) was associated with a 29% increased risk of heart disease and a 32% increased risk of stroke.
A Glimmer of Hope will provide companionship to senior citizens in underserved communities. Through a regular cadence of in-person visits and phone calls, we aim to alleviate loneliness and

Securing Medicare & Identity Protection products

Ensuring seniors have access to essential resources and services
