Alva Brignoni
Board Vice Chair
Alva is a knowledgeable leader with expertise in engineering management, business relationship management, and IT service management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering effective business-IT alignment and driving organizational success. Alva holds a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree as well as multiple other certifications.

Keesha Ezell
Board Secretary/Treasurer
Keesha is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting with over two decades of experience, is a distinguished graduate of Liberty University, where she earned her degree in Accounting. Additionally, she holds a Business Administration degree from John Tyler, showcasing the well-rounded expertise in both financial and business administrative domains.

Marco Callender serves as the Executive Director of the Petersburg Family YMCA. In this role, he has been instrumental in fostering community engagement and promoting social change. Under his leadership, the Petersburg Family YMCA offers a variety of programs focused on fitness, childcare, education, and recreation, aiming to nurture the potential of every individual and improve the community's health and well-being.

Mitzi is a versatile senior leader helping businesses accelerate their growth plans with extensive experience in pharma & life sciences, venture capital, banking, nonprofit, and manufacturing industries with public and private companies. Expertise in strategy, finance, investor relations, communications, treasury & investment management, strategic capital, legal & regulatory, fundraising, governance, and board relations.

Gracetta Washington
Board Member
Gracetta Washington is a dedicated advocate for minority-owned businesses in Richmond, Virginia. She is the CEO of J&G Workforce Development which provides workforce development services, Section 3 and other independent regulatory and compliance services. She also serves as the Board President of the Central Virginia Business and Construction Association where she focuses on amplifying the voices of African-American and minority entrepreneurs, aiming to enhance their visibility and influence within the community.
